Prompt Saver is the product and brand referred to as "we", "us", or "our" in these terms. Contact us for product support, billing questions, refund requests, and privacy questions.

2. The product

Prompt Saver stores prompt titles, text, categories, favorites, AI tool links, and preferences locally in Chrome extension storage. You can retrieve and copy saved prompts for use in a separate AI tool. Prompt Saver does not generate AI content and does not include a subscription to any third-party AI service.

The Free plan supports up to 5 saved prompts and 2 categories, with search, copy, editing, deletion, and built-in themes. Premium removes those plan limits and adds favorites, AI tool links, JSON and TXT export, and selected-text quick capture.

"Unlimited" means that Premium does not impose the Free plan's numerical limits. Browser storage, device capacity, and other technical limits still apply.

The extension requires a compatible Chrome installation. Our website does not provide cloud synchronization or a hosted backup of your prompt library.

3. Premium price and billing

Premium costs US$1.99 as a one-time purchase. This is not a subscription. There are no automatic renewals or recurring subscription charges for the included Premium features.

Applicable taxes, if any, and the total payable amount are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Any currency conversion or fees charged separately by your bank are determined by your bank.

Your purchase covers the Premium features described when you buy. A change to the price for new customers does not create a recurring charge for an existing one-time purchase. Any separately priced future product requires a separate purchase.

Checkout and activation

Premium checkout is not yet available. When sales open, purchases must be made through the official checkout linked from this website or the extension. Activation instructions will be provided with your purchase confirmation. Contact support if access is not delivered or activation does not work.

For purchases processed through Creem, Armitage Labs Oü (Creem) acts as merchant of record and handles payment collection, invoices, applicable sales taxes, and payment processing. We provide the extension, Premium access, and product support. Creem's Buyer Terms also apply to those transactions.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for the request process and information about statutory consumer rights.

4. Your use and content

You must have the legal capacity to accept these terms and the right to store and use the content you add. Do not use the extension to violate applicable law or another person's rights, interfere with its security, or misuse someone else's license or payment details.

You retain your rights in your prompts. Saving content in Prompt Saver does not transfer ownership of that content to us. The extension's availability does not grant permission to redistribute or sell the extension itself.

Keep your device, browser profile, license details, and exported files secure. Back up important prompts before removing the extension, resetting Chrome storage, or changing devices. We cannot recover a local library that has been deleted.

Opening an AI link takes you to an independent third-party service. Its terms, prices, and privacy practices apply there. We do not control that service or guarantee the quality of its generated results.

5. Support, changes, and consumer rights

For help, email skinlabcompany1@gmail.com with your browser version, extension version, and a description of the issue. Avoid including sensitive prompt content, passwords, payment-card details, or your full license key.

We may update the extension and these terms to reflect product changes, security improvements, or legal requirements. The current version and revision date will be available on this website. A policy update does not remove rights that already apply to your purchase or create an automatic subscription.

The extension may be affected by browser updates, third-party service changes, outages, or device limitations. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or any particular result from an AI tool. These statements do not exclude obligations or remedies required by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer protections, statutory rights concerning defective digital content, or your right to raise a complaint with an appropriate authority or court. Contact support so we can help resolve a problem.
